Brenda Leopardi

Brenda Leopardi joined The Inception Company in 2008 as the very first Inception Digital Producer and from our “inception” has implemented the detail-oriented and client-centric approach that has become the company’s signature. Over her tenure with the organization Brenda has held various positions of increasing responsibilities. As VP of Project Management & Process Integration, she is able to leverage her vast client service, operations, and project management experience ensuring we consistently deliver high quality virtual programs that exceed our client’s expectations. Organization, dedication and attention to detail are the hallmarks of Brenda’s skills.

Brenda started her career in Medical Communications in 1990 and went on to hold positions of increasing responsibility such as Vice President of Corporate Operations at Cardinal Health, where she was co-champion of a process reengineering and process integration initiative, among other things. Immediately prior to her joining The Inception Company, Brenda was the Sr. Vice President of Operations with Access Communications a Managed Market and Medical Communications Agency, responsible for client services, clinical services, meeting logistics, production and editorial services.

Brenda and her husband Frank live in Princeton, NJ and have 2 grown children and 3 fur babies (1 Pitbull Mix rescue and 2 cats). When not working Brenda spends time with family, LOVES to travel and explore local wineries.
