Mindi Guiliano

Mindi Guiliano joined The Inception Company team in 2013 as an Account Director, responsible for high-profile, key accounts and was promoted in 2022 to VP, Sales and Account Services. In this role, Mindi has accountability and oversight of all existing and new business. Her enthusiastic account management approach encompasses understanding client goals and contributing both strategically and tactically to support client success. In addition, Mindi leads the Sales and Account team and is responsible for managing, mentoring and supporting the team’s professional growth and development.

Prior to joining The Inception Company, Mindi spent over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, both on the medical education side and for a major pharmaceutical company. Her focus was on account management, operations and logistical services. Mindi earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Mansfield University, with an emphasis on Public Relations. In her spare time, you’ll find Mindi hot air ballooning, watching football or obsessing on ways to make her home look like an HGTV show!
