Nicole LaDucer
Director of Finance and Accounting
Nicole LaDucer joined The Inception Company in early 2021 as a Financial Analyst and was promoted in 2023 to Director of Finance and Accounting. In this role, her responsibilities include strategic leadership, management of the organization’s finance, accounting, and human resources as well as helping to improve the company’s systems and processes. Nicole started her career in Public Accounting and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
She graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Accounting and focus in Business Analytics. Nicole and her husband, Mat, live in Chatham, New Jersey.
