They’re professional, knowledgeable, trained on our technology, educated by our training curriculum, and certified through our Compliance Credential Initiative. In partnership with the Center for Communication Compliance (CCC), the qualifications for certification are based on professional experience, education, and a rigorous exam in line with federal, state, and industry guidelines. Through the LOGIC Network, we are able to assign local meeting professionals to any event in the United States, ensuring the highest level of onsite management at significant cost savings for our clients.
Audio Visual Services
We are a national single source partner with a network of over 1000 skilled and experienced technicians. We continuously evaluate and assess our network to ensure you are provided with the most experienced and reliable experts for a full spectrum of programs. In addition to nationwide access, our experts provide you with critical local knowledge about venues, including room size, sound quality, lighting, and other elements that impact the success of your meeting.
We have delivered audio visual services for over 100,000 meetings and have made scheduling and ordering easy with our intuitively designed portal. You can reserve equipment and technicians, receive immediate confirmations and price quotes, revise orders, and print invoices whenever you need. If you prefer to speak to an expert, we offer live operator assistance and technical support.
Post meeting you are able to download your invoices to expedite reconciliation. We also offer administrative features to run your own reports or we can run them for you on Program Spend, active versus completed meetings, and/or client-specific progress.
