As CEO of Inception, Bruce spearheads the strategic vision of the company, including overseeing the company’s operational, financial, technical, and go-to-market initiatives alongside President Pat Purcell. Bruce is also the founding partner of Spire Capital, having been with the firm since its inception in 2000.

With over 25 years of leadership in the medical communications space including Propel Health (formerly HealthSTAR Communications), Boron Lepore, Cardinal Health, and Publicis, Patrick is an industry veteran and expert in delivering client’s key messaging and building critical engagement.

Anthony Magnus joined The Inception Company in January of 2013 bringing with him over 20 years of organizational leadership and management experience. Prior to joining Inception, Anthony spent 13 years at MedConference, a leading provider of live direct-to-physician web conferencing solutions to the Life Sciences industry.

After earning a degree in HD television technology, Jack took a right turn and toured for several years with a rock band signed to Warner Brothers records. In between tours, Jack started working in production, and soon after was producing music videos and national commercial campaigns.

Mindi Guiliano joined The Inception Company team in 2013 as an Account Director, responsible for high-profile, key accounts and was promoted in 2022 to VP, Sales and Account Services. In this role, Mindi has accountability and oversight of all existing and new business.

Nicole LaDucer joined The Inception Company in early 2021 as a Financial Analyst and was promoted in 2023 to Director of Finance and Accounting. Her responsibilities include strategic leadership, management of the organization’s finance, accounting, and human resources as well as helping to improve the company’s systems and processes.

Shiqin is a digital marketer and design strategist with a passion for visual storytelling. She grew up between Shanghai and Paris, now based in New York City. Her multicultural background allows her to think creatively and build new bridges between ideas.

With a prior background in live venue sports and entertainment productions, Tim DeMartin joined Inception in 2018 as a Producer. Tim specializes in executing high-profile studio broadcasts and live events with a global reach, connecting the messages of our major pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to their stakeholders. As Head of Studio, Tim thrives in delivering exceptional results in the most complex of production environments.

A seasoned aerospace engineer with over 21 years in the software services industry, Avinash Allika has delivered high-impact solutions and built next-gen products for numerous Fortune 1000 clients. Passionate about solving complex business and technology challenges, he now leads as Head of Product at Inception—driving growth, managing cross-functional teams, and expanding the product footprint.

Kristin joined The Inception Company in 2023 as Director of Live Event Production and was promoted in 2026 to VP of Live Event Production and Event Services. In this role, Kristin has accountability for and oversight of the Live Event Production and Event Support teams, with a focus on AV support for speaker bureau and small venue AV programs, as well as event support across all virtual service offerings.
