Bruce is a founding partner of Spire Capital, having been with the firm since its inception in 2000. Bruce plays an active role in both sourcing and overseeing portfolio company investments.

Founded in 2000, Spire Capital is a lower middle market, sector focused private equity firm. The firm leverages its operating and investing expertise to consummate control investments in companies within the technology-enabled business services, education services, communications services and media sectors. Spire Capital invests in companies with strong growth prospects and believes its deep industry experience, operating partnerships with management teams and network of C-level relationships are invaluable in helping its portfolio companies create long-term value. Since inception, Spire has invested in a diverse portfolio of platform companies across its focus sectors and most often architects a “Buy & Build” investment thesis that includes organic growth and executing strategic add-on acquisitions to further scale the companies in partnership with management teams.
